Donation enquiries
When direct donation submissions are enabled, the form sends your name, email address and equipment details to Formspree for processing and email notification to info@identitydigitalsolutions.com. We use this information to assess and respond to your donation enquiry, not to subscribe you to marketing. Formspree may retain submissions and process technical information under its privacy policy. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your enquiry. While the form displays “not yet connected”, it sends nothing; you can contact us by email instead.
Computer applications
The computer application planner still runs locally in your browser and prepares a summary. It is not submitted automatically. A downloaded summary stays on your device unless you choose to email it.
Keep sensitive information out
Do not enter passwords, identity documents, financial records, health information or children’s names. An adult should make a request on behalf of a child. We do not need supporting documents at this preparation stage.
Hosting and external websites
The hosting platform may process technical request information, such as network and browser details, to deliver and protect the website. Hosting access controls may require sign-in. Links to Identity Digital Solutions take you to a separate website. No additional analytics or marketing scripts have been added to this site.
Before live enquiries open
A full collection notice must identify the responsible legal entity and privacy contact, purposes, required and optional fields, authorised access, service providers, retention and deletion periods, and the process for access, correction and complaints. These operational details are not yet confirmed.
